A Pretty in Pink and Green wedding at The W in Buckead
The ceremony took place at one of Atlanta's most intimate wedding chapels at Mount Paran Church. I thoroughly loved working with the bride, Michelle. She was so sweet, had an amazing personality and great taste.
She chose cymbidiums, callas, roses, and hydrangea in pinks and greens with hot pink as her main color. The church was elegantly decorated with sheer iridescent green fabrics wrapped around the pews, wrought iron candelabras and a showy focal piece in her wedding colors.
We did sunken flowers topped off with floating candles, and on the estate table provided a double runner in bith colors down the center of the table, with green spider mom placed betwixt cylinders adorned with pink ribbons which would host the bridesmaids bouquets . ( A great idea if on a budget. Re-use the bridal party flowers for some of the deecor at the reception. Make sure the the flowers are in place before the doors open to let guests in. A cocktail hour will allow for extra time to have the reception ballroom ready.)
Our creative designer, Jan, enjoyed creating this amazing candy bar. Check out the sunken cymbidiums amongst the silver wire and pearl swirls in the massive cylinder topped off with floating candles.
Enjoy some of the pretty details.
