On Thursday, April 2nd, the KNOT, celebrated the the Annual Industry Party and we were so honored to have provided the flowers and the decor for this event.
When we got the call and realized this event was going to be hosted at the W Buckhead, we were even more excited. Celebrity interior designer, Thom Filicia, from Queer Eye, brought the a 'country club CHIC design style to the public and private spaces. It is absolutely amazing. Finally Atlanta has more amazing choices for contemporary space for glamorous events.
300 of Atlanta's top wedding vendors congregated under funky chandeliers, and amongst the tufted Chesterfield sofa with nailheads, the lacquered Chippendale chairs, crescent sofas and swing-arm lamps.
The guests were greeted by our swanky new mirrored curtains, and haute silver balled vases of limy yellow footballs highlighted by blue underwater lights. They mingled in the pre-function areas amongst our yellow and white daisy lamps atop high boys covered with gun-metal silver satin linens provided by Cindy at Cover-ups.
In the ballroom we displayed our Vegas Trumpets with lush pave fluffy flora in yellow, vases of yellow gerbers, compotes of golden yellow rununculus, and Platinum manzanita branches boasting yellow orchids.
Our Manhattan vases displayed sunken yellow callas topped off with calla bouquets hand tied with silver balls. And our trendy table chandeliers added shimmery pizazz to conversation space.
Ashley Baber of Ashley Baber Weddings, was the tireless engine behind this event. I always enjoy working with this talented lady. Her style, enthusiasm, and passion are so impressive. Ashley worked tirelessly to make this event a success and it is so amazing to watch her emerge from the workroom in a cute dress, fabulous shoes and welcoming smile.
Here are a few pre-liminary pictures.
